Senior Scheduler overseeing project schedules, risk, 4D/5D modeling, forensic analysis.

Tasks

-Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules. -Support efforts to collect, integrate and report key project data. -Perform forensic scheduling analysis. -Manage resource and cost loading of schedules. -Overview clients’ schedules for as-planned schedule validation, labor productivity, critical path delay and acceleration. -Provide guidance on design issues, client concerns and code issues. -Proactively participate in self-development to continually enhance current skills and build new skills required to excel at current role and prepare for career progression. -Support Project Managers with quality project schedules at appropriate levels of detail for proposed and on-going projects. -Participate in design verifications and construction site walks. -Provides mentorship to Scheduler I & Scheduler II Team Members. -Develop and maintain 4D, 5D modeling. -Manage the development of critical monthly progress reports. -Develop, monitor, status and resolve negative impacts to schedule critical paths. -Development of risk management plan, using crystal ball, PRA. -Deliver quality work product by role modeling organizational core values. -Build relationships with peers, leaders, and clients. -Exercise creativity and resourcefulness in managing the project effectively in a compressed timeframe. -Lead project managers, design and contractors on monthly project progress of work. -Contributes to and monitors scope control, change management and associated implications to project cost and scheduling, escalating when appropriate. -Develop and maintain project risk assessments, qualitative and quantitative.

What You Bring

-Preferred Certification: PSP, PMP, CPE, CEP, CCP, CMIT or MRICS -Knowledge of project document control. -Attendance at work during normal business hours. -Experience with forensic scheduling analysis of construction or engineering projects independently. -Utilize effective written and oral communication skills. -Experience performing detailed cost and schedule analyses. -Experience with estimate validation and adjustments and comparative cost analyses. -Consistently communicate and collaborate with team members and clients. -Knowledge of Pre- and Post-Construction cost audits and valuations. -Experience: 5-7 years exp in project scheduling -ability to provide forensic scheduling analysis of construction or engineering projects. -Education: BS in Construction Management or Engineering -Demonstrate ability to be dependable, diligent, and thorough. -Knowledge of 4D/5D modeling. -Demonstrated ability to develop high-level logic driven schedules. -Prior experience scheduling on healthcare projects -Demonstrated knowledge of developing and maintaining project risk assessments (qualitative and quantitative).
