Finance Manager

Overview

Manage finance operations, reporting, cashflow and analysis for global data centre projects.

Tasks

-Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and statutory requirements -Prepare & review monthly management accounts (UK + overseas) -Support consolidation, month-end close, and intercompany reconciliations -Manage cashflow, budgeting, and forecasting -You’ll work directly with our CFO and leadership team, supporting strategic decisions and continuous improvement in a dynamic, private equity–backed environment -Oversee supplier invoices, client billing, and employee expenses -Produce board & investor reports with insight and commentary -As our Financial Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our finance function — taking charge of month-end reporting, cashflow management, and financial analysis, while overseeing transactional finance across multiple international entities

What You Bring

-Strong technical accounting and hands-on operational skills -Background in professional services or project-based industries (preferred) -Analytical, detail-oriented, and adaptable -Advanced Excel + financial systems knowledge (NetSuite) -Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) -Drive process and system improvements — NetSuite experience is a plus -Experience in a Financial Manager / Senior Accountant / Management Accountant role
