The Role
Overview
Financial Analyst supporting EMEA Power Tools Division with reporting, budgeting, and projects

Tasks
-Participate in cross functional projects, such as internal process optimization, cost saving initiatives, and control enhancements. -Support the monthly closing process, ensuring accurate and timely financial results through active management and coordination with relevant stakeholders -Design and develop new financial reports and analytics to enhance visibility, drive profitability and strategic decision making. -Support the annual budgeting process, including planning, reporting and presentation. This involves close collaboration with the department managers and preparation of budget packs. -Prepare and deliver complex monthly reporting including actuals and year-to-go forecasts with clear insights. -Analyse and present monthly performance to the departmental managers, identify key trends, potential risks and opportunities to support informed decision making.

What You Bring
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to present complex information clearly. -Prior experience in Operations Finance or Manufacturing is highly desirable. -Process oriented with a logical & inquisitive mind, capable of identifying efficiencies and improvements -Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. -Strong time management skills with the ability to to meet critical deadlines in a fast paced environment. -Proven ability to build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across functions. -Professionally Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) -Strong analytical skills with good understanding of financial KPI’s and performance metrics -Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint -Background in FMCG or a similar fast paced, product driven sector is preferred. -Experience with SAP FI/CO modules
