Tasks

-Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and regulatory requirements. -Prepare and present technical reports and documentation to stakeholders. -Monitor design progress and ensure timely delivery of engineering outputs. -Review and approve design deliverables including drawings, specifications, and calculations. -Lead the design and engineering team across all phases of the infrastructure project. -Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure design alignment with project goals. -Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies related to design and engineering. -Oversee value engineering initiatives to optimize cost and performance. -Manage design change processes and ensure timely resolution of technical issues. -Support construction teams with engineering inputs and resolve site-related design queries.

What You Bring

-PMP or equivalent project management certification. -Familiarity with international and local design codes and standards. -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. -Strong coordination and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams. -Chartered Engineer or equivalent professional accreditatiom. -Excellent project management and team leadership abilities. -Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively. -Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, Revit, and BIM tools. -Strong understanding of infrastructure systems (roads, bridges, utilities, drainage, etc.). -Minimum 20 years of experience in infrastructure design and engineering, with at least 5 years in a managerial role in KSA.
