The Role

Overview

Provide remote first‑line support for BMS, handling alarms, diagnostics & customer queries.

Tasks

-Monitor and maintain remote building connections, proactively resolving infrastructure issues to ensure uninterrupted service and operational reliability. -Provide first-line technical support by assessing customer queries, prioritising issues, and delivering clear, professional communication through written and verbal channels. -Ensure Security, ISMS and GDPR standards, procedures and guidelines are followed and implemented as per company guidelines and requirements. -Investigate alarms and system faults remotely, applying diagnostics and corrective actions to maintain performance and compliance with service expectations. -Configure and onboard new customer sites remotely, ensuring secure connections and accurate setup aligned with contract scope and technical standard.

What You Bring

-A strong background in facilities management / technical helpdesk operations, complemented by experience in customer-facing roles within technical environments. -An investigative nature, capable of troubleshooting faults and applying structured thinking to resolve problems. -A strong work ethic, a genuine desire to deliver excellent service and the ability to build rapport with customers and field engineers. -The ability to prioritise tasks, manage workload independently, and adapt to new technologies or changing demands. -Previous exposure to Building Management Systems and energy performance, with a solid foundation in both technical and service-oriented disciplines.
