Tasks

We’re currently seeking a Project Controls Data Analyst to join our team. In this vital role, you’ll serve as a liaison between Project Management and Accounting, helping ensure accurate financial tracking, cost analysis, and reporting across multiple projects. -Analyze financial trends to develop profitable accounting and operational strategies. -Maintain and analyze project schedule and performance data. -Attend project and departmental meetings as needed. -Support both Accounting and Project Management teams with job cost analysis and reporting. -Provide data-driven insights to aid management in financial decision-making. -Conduct audits on project processes and documentation. -Monitor project budgets, perform cost allocations and change order adjustments. -Review and verify job cost accuracy through daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits.

What You Bring

-Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Bachelor’s degree (preferred). -Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. -Proficient in Microsoft Excel and analytics tools. -Experience working collaboratively across departments. -1+ years of experience in construction or project controls (preferred).
