The Role

Overview

Install, commission, and troubleshoot Ericsson LTE equipment at cell sites.

Tasks

-Observe all company procedures and safety rules. -While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, use hands to finger/handle/feel, reach with hands and arms, bend, climb or balance, talk or hear. -Receive assignments and deploy to cell site locations to install, commission, and integrate LTE equipment. -Complete and deliver site completion report within the deadline. -Responsible for pick-up OEM equipment from the customer or company warehouse location and care for, scan and report on equipment disposition. -Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

-Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the company insurance policy. -The employee needs to have good vision for close work, distance, color discrimination, peripheral, and depth perception. -Travel required throughout a market. -Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions; including but not limited to snow, rain and varying temperatures. -Able to climb to and work at standard heights of 12-24’ either on ladders or scissor lifts. -Ericsson Integration experience on DUS, DUL, BB6630, BB5216, Migration. -Strong Communication skills (both written and oral at both a technical and customer service level). -Must be certified and have at least 1 year of experience in specifically integration/configuration/commissioning of eNodeB equipment from major Telecom OEM (Ericsson). -Ability to work reliably under minimal supervision. -Ability to read, comprehend and carry out written and verbal instructions. -Occasionally the work requires the employee to walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Frequently the employee is required to lift or carry up to 10 or 25 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
