-Overseeing and completing apartment maintenance and repairs -Performing preventative maintenance to keep all systems running smoothly -Maintaining a high standard of customer service and property upkeep -Leading maintenance team members, providing guidance and support -Managing work orders and apartment turnovers

What You Bring

-3 - 5+ years of experience in residential property maintenance (or similar fields) -Strong leadership and communication skills -A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to between properties if needed -A positive, solution-oriented attitude and exceptional problem-solving abilities -CFC and HVAC certification required -Strong training in plumbing and electrical systems -Expertise in general apartment maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, appliances, electrical)
