Restoration Lead Technician

Overview

Lead water damage mitigation, extraction, drying & crew supervision at job sites.

Tasks

-Setting up containment, decontaminating, setting up/monitoring remediation equipment -Lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance -Clean up and debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged -Effectively lead a work crew -Follow company guidelines for proper drying techniques -Participate in our on-call rotation work schedule -Perform high quality water mitigation services -Place and monitor drying equipment -Perform demolition tasks -Perform job cleanup and breakdown -Set up the van at the job site using the proper set-up procedures

What You Bring

-IICRC certification preferred, but not required -Experience in water mitigation -Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving history -Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
