Tasks

-Supervises assigned project work and liaises between field engineering, estimating, and workforce to ensure project compliance with contract drawings and specifications -Reviews and understands the project specifications to support job set up activities. Works with work crews, field engineers and local utility companies to identify hazardous areas on job site. Working with multiple job sites and multiple project plans, when necessary -Participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation -Plan, direct, coordinate, or budget, usually through subordinate supervisory personnel, activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems -Periodically attend workshops, pre-bid meetings, and trade meetings, seminars germane to the construction industry to maintain knowledge of the industry and learn the community of Owners, Primes, Architects, Engineers, Consultants, Subcontractors and Suppliers -Forecasts the work schedule to identify possible issues and provides technical or scheduling recommendations to mitigate production issues -Provides technical input to identify and resolve project risks including construction methods, work plan and material requirements, safety and schedule activities -Plans work methods, materials, equipment needs and work schedule for assigned project work. Reviews daily work schedule with direct reports and updates monthly schedule from project feedback

What You Bring

-7-10 years of relevant construction management experience -Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree -Proven ability to follow through with completion -Ability to work effectively with and lead a team -Working knowledge of Estimating and Scheduling -MS Office Suite -Degree in field or equivalent practical experience -Procore, Prolog, Asana, Fieldwire, or equivalent construction management software -OSHA 30 Hour
