Tasks

-Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize financial processes. -Assist in the execution of month-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations. -Participate in kinds of finance project, such as ERP migration -Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies. -Collaborate with finance teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. -Participate in audit activities by providing necessary documentation and support. -Support compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements.

What You Bring

-Excellent communication and teamwork skills. -3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in RTR. -Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively. -Proficient with Japanese both listening and speaking -Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting processes. -Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. -Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
