Tasks
-Update the company CRM system regularly with information gathered from across the business. -Manage the organisation and storage of tender documentation to ensure all information is efficiently recorded and easily accessible. -Support senior team members in producing more complex prequalification and tender submissions. -Lead the preparation and delivery of straightforward prequalification and registration submissions. -Assist in creating, formatting and presenting data and marketing materials for both internal and external use such as management reports and client presentations. -Maintain and develop the bid library by keeping company, project and personnel information up to date, and capturing best practice content from all submissions (e.g., CVs, project profiles, template responses, portal data).

What You Bring
-Able to manage time and organise tasks effectively. -Basic understanding of the construction procurement process (essential) -Experience in the construction or engineering industry in a similar role (essential) -36.5 hours per week -GCSE (or ‘O’ Level equivalent) passes in Maths and English, or a recognised equivalent qualification. -Comfortable using computers, including Microsoft Office, and able to learn new software as needed. -Able to work independently and meet deadlines, with flexibility in working approaches to suit individual working styles. -Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging with colleagues and external contacts.
