The Role

Overview

Manage and update CAD drawings, integrate with CAFM/IWMS, and support occupancy planning.

Tasks

-Ensure relevant stakeholder updates on completion of these tasks -Interact with key client and JLL stakeholders -Capture required changes to layout, polylines and labels -Perform test fit per redlined drawings and provided instructions -Load drawings into relevant Computer Aided Facility Maintenance (CAFM) platform or Integrate Workplace Management System (IWMS) -Assist in implementation of CAFM system and/or IWMS for new clients -Capture required changes to attribution within CAFM System (e.g. Space category, Space type, Space standard, Employee name, Room Name, and Organization code) -Create attributed polylines for space allocation tracking and/or charge backs -Drawing management: create, update, or review master drawing files in accordance with redlined drawings and other provided instructions -Review drawing files within AutoCAD and/or field redline drawings for completeness -Provide drawings as per instruction including hard copy or digital requests -Ensure that all documents follow JLL standards and layering formats

What You Bring

-Ability to facilitate conflict resolution - internally and externally. -Ability to self-govern and make sound decisions. -A strong working knowledge of at least one CAFM Systems Tririga, Archibus, Manhattan/Centerstone -Excellent MS skills including Power Point, Excel, Access, Word. -Ability to communicate ideas in a concise and summarized manner without personal bias. -Program management skills coupled with the ability to profitably execute and deliver. -Must have a strong understanding of the Occupancy Planning discipline. -Financial acumen -Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills. -Strong written and verbal skills -Degree in Engineering, Architecture or equivalent education in Corporate Real Estate -Strong understanding of occupancy planning, architectural design. -Strong ability to collaborate with others. -3-5 years of experience in AutoCAD, Bim 360, Revit -Working knowledge of office space measurement standard (BOMA, IFMA, or RICS) -3-5 years of CAD/CAFM Technical and Project-Related experience in a Corporate Real Estate environment. -Ability to develop relationships that can lead to long term assignments.
