Tasks
-Complete required training and participate in community events and phone banks. -Engage and establish relationships with visitors to understand their home buying needs, utilizing the company's selling philosophy. -Develop comprehensive knowledge of the competitive market, including products, community features, and demographics. -Ensure the maintenance of Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes. -Self-generate sales leads through community engagement, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting. -Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs. -Provide consistent follow-through with customers from initial contact to post-closing, maintaining accurate communication records.

What You Bring
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use sales tracking tools. -Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. -High school diploma or equivalent; college degree and real estate license preferred. -1-2 years of experience in homebuilding or real estate sales preferred. -This position may be eligible for commissions. -Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. -Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
