Tasks

-Maintain rigorous compliance with OSHA regulations and industry best practices -Facilitate meaningful safety meetings that drive awareness and accountability -Drive our Safety and Incident Prevention Program with passion and purpose -Train associates and trade partners on critical safety topics -Review and manage safety submittals with meticulous attention to detail -Serve as the go-to technical resource and trusted advisor for project teams -Provide expert guidance to subcontractors when they need support -Conduct thorough investigations of incidents, accidents, and near misses -Lead engaging safety orientations that set the tone for our safety culture -Perform comprehensive safety assessments and communicate findings to regional leadership -Provide clear, confident safety leadership across multiple job sites in your region

What You Bring

-Proven experience in safety management within the general construction industry -OSHA 30 Hour and/or 500 Hour Construction Safety Training Certification -Additional credible safety accreditations -Strong leadership skills and ability to influence across all levels -Current CPR and First Aid certification -Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
