Tasks

-Start your day by reviewing detailed work specifications and plans for the day's tasks. -Set-Up and maintenance of bypass water pumping & work area dewatering -Work hands-on to implement erosion and sediment control measures, following detailed specifications to ensure compliance with environmental regulations. Seeding, mulching and matting -Assist in setting up and maintaining traffic control systems to ensure safety around the work area -Review completed tasks with your supervisor to confirm everything meets the required standards and specifications. -Conduct safety checks on all tools and equipment, ensuring proper functionality and readiness. -You'll work hands-on in nature, helping bring real landscapes back to life -Operate a variety of tools, including power tools like drills and circular saws, as well as landscape equipment like chainsaws and weed eaters, to perform critical tasks on-site. -Clean and store tools and equipment, ensuring everything is ready for the next day.

What You Bring

-Quick learner with the ability to take on new tasks effectively. -High school diploma or GED. -Comfortable working outdoors and performing tasks at ground level. -Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team. -Prior experience in landscaping, construction, farming, or outdoor labor -A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites -Ability to interpret and follow detailed work specifications. -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. -Familiarity with basic hand tools or landscape equipment -Capable of walking over uneven surfaces, climbing on construction equipment, and navigating hills. -Basic Knowledge of traffic control procedures -You'll learn practical skills in planting, seeding, erosion control, and invasive species removal -Ability to operate and maintain various tools and equipment. -Understanding of erosion and sediment control guidelines -You'll gain experience using tools and equipment in the field
