Tasks

-Assist in preparing project reports, budgets, and proposals for new work or project variations. -Support financial management by verifying installed work for accurate contractor pay applications. -Maintain detailed field logs, photo documentation, and inspection reports for accurate project records. -Ensure adherence to project governance, processes, and systems throughout the project lifecycle. -Ensure compliance with operational and security protocols, particularly in sensitive or active environments. -Contribute to quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) processes to meet industry and project standards. -Facilitate effective communication between project teams, contractors, and clients through regular meetings and reports. -Coordinate and oversee daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards. -Monitor jobsite logistics, safety measures, and temporary protections to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. -Provide field oversight and support to project managers, ensuring alignment with project goals and client requirements. -Manage and document inspections of civil, architectural, structural, and MEP systems. -Track and manage RFIs, submittals, and schedule updates to maintain project progress. -Monitor contractor performance, verifying work quality and adherence to approved drawings and schedules. -Review and interpret construction drawings and submittals to identify and resolve potential field issues.

Requirements

What You Bring

-5+ years of experience in the management of large, complex, multi-package construction projects. -Project Management Institute (PMI) certification, Program Management certification preferred. -Registration as Architect or Engineer is desirable, but not required. -Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or construction management preferred
