The Role

Overview

Generate sales and manage client relationships for precast concrete products.

Tasks

-Answer and return internal & external customer phone calls in a timely manner and handle issues swiftly and professionally -Travels to Customer jobsites as needed for critical deliveries, inspections and provide product representation. -Balance relationships with Sales, Operations, and other Project Managers to achieve accountability and desired outcomes. -Prepares sales reports consisting of open quotes, deal stages, field activities (planned and current), and market conditions. -Facilitate positive long-term relationships, and high potential for repeat business with current and prospective customers -Follows up on leads and quotes, conducts face-to-face meetings and presentations on-location with customers to close sales -Maintains knowledge of all major product lines and the specifications of each. Bids jobs, prices items and accessories -Participates in entertainment functions with customers, attend trade shows and seminars

What You Bring

-Associate or bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Engineering - Mechanical or Civil a plus -Business Administration, Manufacturing, Engineering, Mechanical and/or Electrical control experience a plus -Strong communication skills both verbal and written -Strong computer experience and knowledge in MS Suite -Strong analytical/critical thinking skills -Job requires travel up to 30-40% to plants and jobsites in other states
