Overview
Oversee accounting and HR functions for senior living property.
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Ensures that move-in deposits and rents are deposited in a timely manner. -Assists in answering resident billing issues. Also maintains the ancillary charge worksheet on a weekly basis. -Maintain resident, business office and personnel files. -Monitors and records petty cash disbursements and reconcile to replenish. -Ensures that all proprietary, financial, and resident information is kept confidential. -Ensures that accounts payable procedures are processed timely and accurately. -Process resident lease renewal letters. -Perform Human Resources function by conducting new hire orientation and administering benefits. -Ensures that payroll is accurately prepared and reported to the corporate office at the time designated. -Sends monthly delinquent notices and follows collection guidelines. -Participate in the Manager on Duty program.

What You Bring
-Minimum of 2 years related experience in a Senior Living, Assisted Living and/or Memory Care Community. -Maintains basic knowledge of computer software and internet applications. -An Associate’s Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school. -Experience with accounting, payroll, office management, onboarding HIGHLY PREFERRED!
