  • Coordinate with Mortenson’s Risk Management and Legal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain and update databases for crane requests, contracts, change orders, and Master Service Agreements with vendors.
  • Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
  • Coordinate with estimating to support development of future crane schedules.
  • Interpret on rent and forecast reports
  • Facilitate forecast review meetings the project teams and trade partners
  • Populate crane contracts and agreements for manager review and execution.
  • Produce internal crane agreements and provide documentation support to project teams.
  • Process and track crane requests from Mortenson’s operating groups and projects.
  • Participate in equipment facility safety program, including environmental surveys and responsibility for Mortenson's Zero Injury policy
  • Execute contract workflow routing from request through signatures and handoff to Equipment Solutions Specialists and project teams.
  • Ensure all records are organized, accurate, and accessible for leadership and project teams.
  • Serve as a resource for other Equipment Specialists on workflow, forecasting, billing, and related crane systems.
  • Update and change, as needed, Task Code and Off-Rent date with input from project teams (customers)

  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant contract administration, paralegal, or equipment management experience OR a minimum of 6 years of related experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • 5-15% travel expected.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work with diverse teams and leadership levels.
  • Experience with billing and workflow software preferred.
  • Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status, 0-1, TN, CPT, OPT, etc.). We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
  • Active listening skills and effective communication, open to diverse input and feedback
