Overview

Lead and manage £250m residential development projects, balancing technical and managerial tasks.

Tasks

-Ensure high-performance from individuals and teams through active line management centred on talent development, diversity, and inclusion to ensure the 5-year KP Strategy is delivered. -Assist the Sector Head and (MD where appropriate) in the delivery of the BU strategy -Lead and manage delivery of approximately GDV 250m. -Manage the project through all phases of development in line with approvals and business plan. -Collaborate with the Bu MD, Kier Property Board and Sector heads (and JV board where appropriate) on cash management, risk management, profit optimization, and performance metrics.

What You Bring

-Experience in Strategic land acquisition and the delivery of large scale housing development -Demonstrative leadership experience, with the ability to create an open and honest work environment with a clear track record of coaching and developing teams and individuals to reach their full potential and unlocking talent -To have shown the ability to work with and negotiate directly with private and public sector clients -Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) is encouraged though is not essential. -A proven ability to analyse business improvement initiatives offering guidance and recommendation to the Senior Management Team.
