Tasks

-Maintain/update hardware inventory to comply with asset management standards -Install and support business applications -Uses professional concepts; applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues -Support the use of printers, fax machines, copiers, and multi-function machines to maintain operational readiness -Assist with the maintenance and management of company phone systems -Troubleshoot, install, patch, and upgrade computer systems -Train and orient users on use of hardware and software to maintain an educated and efficient workforce -Assist with the maintenance and management of company cell phones -Handle incoming IT service requests (i.e., phone calls, email, and walk-in visits) to ensure computer user inquiries are addressed in a timely manner -Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action -Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments -Physical setup and deployment of computer systems, monitors, printers, and other peripherals to ensure seamless operation of business functions -Lifting of supplies and materials

What You Bring

-Working knowledge of Vista by Viewpoint preferred -Minimum 1 to 3 years relevant experience in network and/or PC support environment -Long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers -Working knowledge of Android OS (Android phones) -Willingness and availability to travel as needed -Excellent Organizational skills -Working knowledge of Apple iOS devices (iPad, iPhone) -Associates degree or equivalent combination of training, experience, and certifications -Working knowledge of Mac OS X -Enhanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Outlook -CompTIA A+ Certification preferred -Must be able to see to read documents and computer screen for a variety of office functions -40 Hours -Working knowledge of the Windows operating system including Windows 10, and Windows 11 -Basic knowledge of computer networking -High levels of accuracy -High attention to detail -Must be able to communicate and work with a diverse population
