Overview

Maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances in apartments.

Tasks

-Be responsible for trouble-shooting service issues including, but not limited to, HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing. -Follow-up with residents and the office staff on status of work -Respond to maintenance tickets. -Ensure that both the inside and the exterior of the property meet both company standards and applicable laws.

Requirements

• 30‑minute commute

• 1‑yr experience

-Live within a 30-minute commute of the properties. -High school diploma or GED, one-year related experience, or equivalent education and experience. -HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred. -Active and valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.
