Tasks
As Credit Controller you will build and maintain effective relationships with a portfolio of clients to promote a high performing credit control service to the business which forms an integral part of our overall client service. You will be encouraged to learn and grow, take on new challenges and contribute fresh ideas. You will have experience in a similar, fast paced role, ideally in a professional services environment e.g., planning consultancy, law firm, and accountancy practice. -Drive invoice query resolutions with our internal billing teams -Deliver robust actions around targeted debt campaigns -Maintain up to date accurate records of information across multiple systems -Proactively chase payments within a professional services setting -Provide administrative assistance to the finance team when needed -Take ownership of your own debt ledger delivering robust & consistent cash collection results via telephone, email & meetings -Maintain & grow strong working relationships with all your internal stakeholders -Liaise with our fee earners and support teams to resolve Debt queries on a daily basis
