Tasks

-Collaborate internally to support product positioning and client needs. -Identify and engage key decision-makers within the A&D and construction community. -Conduct impactful product presentations and technical overviews to prospective clients. -Manage pipeline activity and reporting across a multi-state territory. -Build and strengthen relationships within the commercial architectural community. -Drive product specifications through architects, developers, and contractors. -Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet defined goals.

What You Bring

-Minimum 2 years of successful architectural sales experience. -Detail-oriented with excellent communication and presentation abilities. -Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural drawings. -Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently. -Existing relationships within the commercial architectural market. -Proven ability to identify and engage key influencers in the project design process.
