Ensuring pricing, invoicing and reporting accuracy for energy and water clients.

Tasks

-Resolving discrepancies and liaising with internal teams and clients on billing issues -Producing timely and accurate client performance reports and ad-hoc data sets -Developing, maintaining and validating pricing tables, rate cards and scorecard updates -Generating, reviewing and validating customer invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance -Supporting audits with relevant documentation and analysis -Driving continuous improvement to enhance accuracy and efficiency in reporting and invoicing
