Overview

Provide accounting support and financial services to community associations.

Tasks

-Work with outside auditors to answer questions and provide necessary reports. -Evaluate, analyze and prioritize data in various forms and formats. -Work closely with Community Managers to assist with answering financial questions.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s Degree Preferred -Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level. -General knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger activity a must. -Knowledge of Audit Reports -Knowledge of accounting principles, practices and procedures ( US GAAP). -5– 7 years of directly related or closely related experience (working as part of an accounting team) -Possess good written and communication skills -Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player. -Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.). -Confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities. -Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
