Tasks

-Resolve permitting issues quickly to avoid delays and keep projects moving forward -Research and apply regulatory updates to keep projects on track -Maintain compliance with all applicable codes, ordinances, and regulatory requirements -Manage the full lifecycle of permitting activities for telecom long-haul projects -Track and monitor permit status to ensure timely approvals and project progress -Serve as the primary point of contact for permitting inquiries and stakeholder communication -Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to align permitting with project timelines -Prepare and submit accurate permit packages to local, state, and federal authorities

What You Bring

-Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; confident interacting with stakeholders -Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and scheduling tools; Quick Base experience a plus -Responsive to client needs and capable of handling typical project requests -Skilled in researching and applying regulatory updates -2–5 years of permitting or regulatory compliance experience, ideally in telecom, power, gas, construction, or other utility projects -Strong knowledge of building codes, ordinances, permitting procedures, and local regulations; DOT/Federal/County familiarity preferred -Willingness and ability to travel as needed to coordinate with agencies, attend meetings, or support project sites -Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and engineering plans -Proven ability to prepare and submit permit packages for approval -Understanding of outside plant design principles, work order processes, and telecom standards
