Overview
Handle customer inquiries, create work orders, update portals, ensure accurate billing.

Tasks
-Collaborate with account managers to communicate information and ensure work orders and quotes are handled for our customers. -Create work orders from customer service requests in a timely and efficient manner -Upload and maintain documentation within customer portals and our accounting/work order system -Perform data entry tasks to ensure accuracy and consistency of customer information -Regularly update customer portals with relevant information and data

What You Bring
-Excellent communication skills, with the ability to address customer needs effectively and professionally -Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite -Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of handling customer inquiries and service requests -Strong Attention to Detail and excellent organizational skills to ensure accuracy in all tasks
