This is a career-defining opportunity to step into a senior, trusted role where you’ll lead the electrical function, shape how the division grows, and work closely with the wider operations team. -Installing and commissioning electrical systems, including: -Testing, inspecting and certifying all electrical work (acting as sign-off lead) -Mentoring the apprentice electrician and helping shape the future of the department -Supporting the expansion of general electrical contracting, such as: -Collaborating with the renewables and heating teams

What You Bring
You’ll excel in this role if you’re someone who wants more responsibility, more autonomy, and the chance to help build an electrical function. -Able to carry out inspection, testing and certification (2391 or equivalent preferred) -High professional standards, reliability, and strong communication -Strong domestic or commercial experience -Experience with solar PV, EV installations or heat pumps -Fully qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) -Experience supervising or mentoring others
