M25 Project Manager

Overview

Lead delivery of multi‑disciplinary civil infrastructure projects in the South East.

Tasks

-Promote continuous improvement and share best practice across the business -Coach and develop direct reports, driving engagement and performance -Maximise financial returns and manage contractual risk -Ensure full compliance with HSQE standards and company procedures -Lead and deliver multi-disciplined projects across the South East -Build strong relationships with clients, supply chain, and internal teams

What You Bring

-IT Data Management (highly desirable) -Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills -Proven leadership in contracting/surfacing project delivery -HND/HNC or Degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience) -NEBOSH or IOSH certification (preferred) -Pavers Machine Control experience (highly desirable) -Strong commercial awareness and operational knowledge
