Tasks

-Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive dynamics -Engage regularly with key decision-makers, understanding their unique needs and challenges, and provide tailored solutions to enhance their business operations. -Coordinate consistent communication, addressing any concerns or needs, and fostering long-term partnerships that align with the strategic goals of both parties. -Establish a strategic partnership with national associations by leveraging our key retailers, Lowe's and The Home Depot. Implement targeted promotions and other programs through these national associations to boost sales through the retailers. -Identify high-potential key accounts that can drive growth and strengthen market presence, through data-driven insights and a proactive approach -Conduct thorough analysis of each account's specific needs and challenges to develop targeted solutions that resonate with their business objectives. -Design and implement customized programs aimed at converting national accounts by leveraging initiatives like Impact Rewards, Trade In Trade Up, and Extended Warranty. -Utilize the expertise of the National Residential PRO team as necessary to maintain and strengthen the ongoing relationships with key national accounts. -Provide ongoing support and training to account representatives to facilitate smooth adoption and utilization of these programs, ultimately driving increased engagement and long-term loyalty. -Cultivate and sustain direct relationships with the top 20-30 national accounts within the residential and home service market. -Engage with industry experts, attend relevant trade shows, and monitor competitor activities to refine targeting strategies. -Regularly evaluate the residential and home service market to pinpoint leading end-user accounts within specific trades and services

What You Bring

-Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. -Strong leadership and team management skills. -Proficiency in Salesforce.com, PowerBi, and Showpad. -Excellent relationship-building and communication skills. -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. -Ability to develop and execute strategic plans. -Ability to manage budgets and maintain fiscal responsibility. -Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key strategic accounts
