Tasks

Coordinate and communicate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met. Lead and manage end-to-end interior design projects, ensuring design concepts are translated into high-quality deliverables. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Develop comprehensive design proposals, including mood boards, 3D visualizations, detailed layouts, and technical drawings. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design integrity and address any on-site issues. Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, and furniture that meet both aesthetic and budgetary goals. Ensure compliance with all local regulations, safety standards, and building codes. Lead and mentor a team of interior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with clients to define project goals, design preferences, and functional requirements. The Senior Interior Designer will have a strategic influence over design direction and play a key role in client management and project leadership. Stay updated on market trends, innovative design solutions, and emerging technologies to incorporate into project designs.

What You Bring

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and other design tools. Extensive knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting solutions. A minimum of 6 years of proven experience in high-end interior design, with leadership responsibilities. Familiarity with UAE building regulations and codes is preferred. Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, manage multiple projects, and work effectively under pressure. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Excellent client relationship management skills, with experience in managing high-profile clients. We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead design projects and mentor a team of designers in our Dubai office. This role is ideal for a creative visionary with over 6 years of experience, possessing a strong ability to lead large-scale residential, high-end villa projects and encompassing interior design projects.
