Tasks

-Acts as voice of customer back into internal engineering and quality functions. -Coordination of commissioning works inclusive take-over of responsibility for budget and time of all commissioning activities on site. -Responsible for adherence to the quality assurance requirements on the Power Plant / Substation / Oil & Gas / Process Industries site and seeks to improve these continually. -Arrange and perform activities in shop floor/ Site related to quality checking of product/ Services, incoming material quality, Operation Service quality monitoring. -Effectively manages multifunctional interfaces - internal, feeder factories, service department, customers, and sub suppliers. -Monitor and test electrical parameters such as voltage, current and harmonics, provide technical support to clients and internal teams, document procedures, findings and recommendations and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. -Conception, preparation and execution of factory and site acceptance tests together with customer and supplier. -Install, commission and maintain power quality systems, including filters, capacitors and reactors. -Analyze electrical systems to identify power quality issues and implement corrective measures. -You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. -Collaborate with clients and engineering teams to design and execute commissioning plans. Conduct site assessments and troubleshoot power quality issues. -Elaboration of inspection and test plans and concepts during tenders and projects in the areas of Power Quality Solutions -Self-responsible supervision and management of suppliers and/or partners, active leadership of commissioning activities on site in UAE, continuous learning and development in all related technologies and arranging & sustaining a safe environment by implementing HSE requirements.

What You Bring

-Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. -Team player with the ability to network and build relationships both internally and externally. -Able to show personal leadership & maintain a teamwork environment to deliver assignments. -Strong knowledge of power quality systems, filters, capacitors & reactors. -Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required. -Proficient in analyzing electrical systems and implementing corrective measures. -Computer literate and excellent interpersonal written/oral communication skills. -Familiarity with industry standards and regulations -Experience in collaborating with clients and engineering teams. -Highly focused on meeting customer service and quality standards. -A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering is preferred. -Minimum 5 years or Diploma in electrical engineering with minimum 10 Years of experience in Power Quality services and commissioning works. -Strong knowledge of Power Quality Products & Service portfolios.
