Tasks

As a Field Support Technician, you’ll provide in-field and remote support to customers using Axis Mining Technologies’ suite of equipment and services. You’ll be instrumental in training users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless integration of our tools into client operations. -Scheduling rig site travel and implement SOPs to meet customer needs. -Calibrating down-hole survey tools and instruct operators on usage and maintenance. -Analysing drilling data for survey and core orientation validity. -Training customers in field software and integration with their systems. -Assisting with rental kit setup as needed. -Troubleshooting and supporting Axis products. -Managing cloud-based data tools for drilling and geological data. -Providing feedback to improve user interfaces.
