Overview

Manages resident experience: move‑ins, concerns, events, communications and community support.

Tasks

-Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including suite checks and communications ; -Act as a primary point of contact for residents ; -Respond to resident inquiries and concerns via email and in person ; -Liaise with vendors and gather quotes for small projects or services. -Help plan and support resident events and community initiatives ; -Assist with leasing-related admin tasks (e.g., storage, lease documents) ; -Prepare and present monthly updates on resident experience activities ; -Support amenity space upkeep and report any issues to the building team ;

-Background in event planning — through education or hands-on experience — is a strong asset -Confident multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced setting -Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Yardi is an asset -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -3–5 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management -Multilingual skills are an asset -Comfortable working independently while aligning with team goals -Strong organizational and time management abilities
