Warehouse Assistant

Overview

Maintain and organize warehouse, track inventory, support technicians.

Tasks

-Issue/return equipment to Technician's on a daily and weekly basis -Place orders and manage intake of deliveries, stocking shelves -Assign uniforms, tools, and safety gear to all technicians; ensuring invoices are signed -Complete a daily reconciliation of technician equipment levels -Participate in company vehicle management: clean and detail vehicles, deliver vehicles requiring repair to the repair shop -Maintain warehouse, ensuring it remains cleaned and organized -Track and maintain inventory for all equipment & parts, keeping items locked and organized

What You Bring

-Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers -Experience working in telecommunications a plus -Ability to safely navigate various terrains, managing equipment and tools -Ability to complete work indoors, outdoors, in tight spaces and elevated by bending, reaching, twisting, climbing, and working while standing up to 70% of the time -Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen) -1+ years of warehouse experience required -Ability to work independently -Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs on occasion -Excellent customer service, time management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills -Experience working with Microsoft Office products, specifically Outlook and Excel a plus -Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a driver's license is required if the role involves driving -Ability to operate a pallet jack and certified forklift operator preferred
