The role requires strong language skills, interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. -Excellent communication and organizational skills. -Experience in communications, customer service, or operations. -Bachelor’s degree preferred. -Strong proficiency in Chinese Speaking, Reading & Writing. -Ability to multitask and work independently. -Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, or CRM tools. -2+ years of experience in communications, customer service, operations, or related roles.
