Tasks

The Water Department is looking to recruit a Procurement Coordinator to join our growing team.. The role will initially involve supporting the existing Procurement Specialists and data collation, with a scope to develop and progress within the team and Inspired as a whole. The role reports to the Head of Water Procurement, but you will also liaise with other members of the team and clients directly. -Client management – to effectively and efficiently project manage the service delivery, requirements and constraints of a client -Staying up to date with changes in the water industry -Management of customers through a CRM (Sugar) -Producing cost comparisons in Microsoft Excel and report -Read and comply with the company Health and Safety Policy; taking reasonable care for the Health and Safety of themselves and others; co-operate with managers and other employees in fulfilling our objectives and statutory duties. -Assisting with water tendering and contract negotiation in an appropriate and professional manner -Assisting with the account management of water clients, dealing with a wide portfolio of customers, providing services around Water products -Query management – helping to resolve general issues in a timely manner, ranging from objections, terminations, data, billing and change of tenancies.
