Tasks
-Lead the global risk management function, establishing frameworks that identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, safety, and reputational risks. -Design and manage comprehensive insurance programs covering general liability, event cancellation, business interruption, and workers’ compensation. -Oversee event-specific risk programs for major live events and venues, including crowd safety, security, and emergency response protocols. -Provide guidance on contract risk, indemnification, and insurance provisions for large-scale partnerships and vendor agreements. -Advise leadership and the Board on emerging risk trends, compliance developments, and enterprise risk initiatives. -Partner with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure risk mitigation strategies align with business goals and regulatory requirements. -Lead claims management processes, ensuring timely reporting, investigation, and resolution of incidents.

What You Bring
-Professional certifications such as ARM, CRM, FRM, CPCU, or CEM preferred. -Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred). -Strong background in insurance program management, crisis response, and regulatory compliance. -15+ years of progressive risk leadership experience, including experience within live events, sports, or entertainment industries. -Proven ability to lead in high-pressure, fast-paced environments with sound judgment and collaboration.
