Finance Officer

Overview

Provide finance and admin support for health contracts, including invoicing, reporting, and procurement.

Tasks

-Manage procurement activities, including purchase orders, vendor records, and contract renewals. -Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve queries and maintain transparency. -Partner with operational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies that directly enhance service delivery. -Provide financial and administrative support across Health contracts to ensure service excellence. -Assist with invoicing, financial reporting, and monitoring performance to meet compliance and client expectations.

What You Bring

-Proven experience in finance, accounts, procurement, or contract administration. -Certificate IV or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. -Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage diverse stakeholders. -A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. -Proficiency in SAP, Coupa, and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.
