Tasks

-Help collect, organize, and analyze data related to digital performance and project outcomes. -Assist with the coordination and execution of digital-related projects across the company, including scheduling meetings, tracking progress, and managing project documentation. -Coordinate internal meetings and presentations related to digital initiatives, preparing agendas and meeting minutes. -Help ensure that project timelines, resources, and budgets are adhered to, providing regular status updates to the Businesses. -Assist in organizing workshops, training sessions, or webinars for employees on digital tools and technologies. -Assist in testing new software, platforms, and digital solutions before implementation, ensuring readiness for broader company use. -Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for digital tools used within the company. -Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and documents related to digital initiatives. -Help maintain and monitor the usage of project management or digital tools across various departments. -Maintain digital systems, users access and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. -Act as a liaison between the Digital team and other departments, ensuring that digital initiatives are communicated effectively across teams. -Assist in the preparation of project plans, reviewing proposals, and status reports. -Prepare weekly or monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and project progress.

What You Bring

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Digital Coordinator to join our team, to be based at Riyadh, KSA. This position will assist in coordination, documentation, reporting, and managing daily tasks related to the company’s digital transformation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in technology, a background in project coordination, and a passion for supporting digital innovation in the construction industry. -Experience in project sites, coordination or support and exposure on the existing system and processes in the organisation is beneficial. -Minimum 5 years of experience in a coordination role, preferably within the construction, technology, or digital sectors. -Familiarity with digital tools, software, and technologies used in the construction industry is a plus. -Education: Bachelor’s degree in any engineering stream with a preference for Information Technology, Construction Management, business administration or a related field.
