Overview

Design & analyze structural components for high‑voltage substations per TAQA/TRANSCO standards.

Tasks

-Collaborate with electrical, civil, and architectural teams to ensure design integration. -Provide technical support during construction and conduct site inspections. -Review contractor submissions and ensure compliance with TAQA/TRANSCO standards. -Develop structural designs for GIS substations (400kV, 220kV, 132kV, 33kV). -Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities for design approvals. -Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and HSE requirements -Perform structural analysis using software such as STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE or SAP2000.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred). -Strong knowledge of UAE building/ACI codes and utility standards. -Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools. -We prefer/consider candidates with Substation experience only**** -Minimum 7–10 years of experience in substation structural design, preferably with TAQA or TRANSCO projects. -Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
