Tasks

-Oversee the architectural design for metro stations, depots, ancillary buildings, public spaces, and urban integration elements. -Incorporate sustainability, safety, accessibility, and cost-effectiveness into all design solutions. -Collaborate closely with engineering, planning, urban design, structural, and MEP teams to achieve holistic project solutions. -Ensure all architectural works comply with relevant codes, standards, and local authority requirements. -Liaise with clients, government agencies, partners, and contractors on design matters. -Represent the design intent during presentations, reviews, workshops, and stakeholder meetings. -Establish and articulate the overall architectural vision and ensure design consistency throughout project phases. -Oversee production and delivery of architectural drawings, visualizations, technical reports, and presentations. -Ensure timely completion and submission of design deliverables according to project schedules. -Review design documents, drawings, specifications, and BIM models for accuracy and adherence to standards. -Address and resolve design issues, technical challenges, and client feedback promptly. -Lead and mentor internal architecture teams and coordinate with external design consultants.

-Graduate in Architecture or Equivalent. -Master’s degree in architecture. -Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices. -Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority. -More than 18 years of experience in the field.
