The Role

Overview

Provide admin support for SHEQ functions, focusing on fire, health, and safety.

Tasks

-Facilitating health and safety meetings and training courses for employees. -Managing incoming and outgoing communication for the team's areas of responsibility. -Contributing towards the delivery of excellent services by providing high quality administrative support to the SHEQ team. -Assist with assessments and investigations. -Vetting of contractors and conducting subsequent site inspections. -Organizing occupational health and safety related surveys. -Diary and meeting management. -Key interfaces with all site personnel, including front line and management staff and contractors, Internal/external auditors and regulatory bodies. -Maintaining the fire, health and safety IT systems. -Support the branches and the training centre in the management of trainees in SHEQ matters. -Facilitate HSE training requirements as needed. -Using systems to manage and review records, documents, and data, and producing reports as required. -Liaising with external health and safety authorities (e.g., regulators or inspectors). -Provide essential administrative support to the SHEQ team with a focus on fire safety, health and safety, building safety. -Assisting with tender/submission documentation. -Keeping up to date and ensuring compliance with current health and safety legislation. i
