Tasks

-Process invoices and payments in accordance with established policies -Review contractual terms as part of project bid/no bid decision -Draft communications and financial reports -Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer monitor, computer mouse, calculator, and computer printer -Provide technical assistance regarding the financial management of projects -Monitor, organize, and maintain contract documents and affiliated materials -Liaison with corporate IT to ensure best practice is implemented -Train staff in financial processes and best practices -Draft and subcontracts -Examine contract provisions to verify adherence to invoicing procedures and payment timelines -Resolution of billing errors -Analyze emerging technologies and risk

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree or 3 years professional experience -Proficient in Microsoft Excel -Strong written and verbal communication -Able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand; must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations -Knowledge of basic accounting principles -Two or more years of experience working with financial data
