  • Develop bridge layouts, structural details, 3D models, construction plans, specifications and material quantity calculations.
  • Utilize industry-leading software (Finite Element, CSIBridge, AutoCad, MicroStation, SAP2000 and more).
  • Perform structural analysis and design calculations to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with highway, traffic, and civil engineers to deliver multi-disciplinary solutions.

  • PE license, or the ability to obtain within one year is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AASHTO, and DOT design and standards from agencies such as VDOT, DDOT, NJDOT preferred.
  • Minimum range of 2-8 years of bridge design and analysis experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence.
  • Experience applying engineering software such as MicroStation, AutoCAD, CSI Bridge, VBridge, LPile, LEAPBridge, SAP2000, etc.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on bridges or structures from an ABET Accredited University. Master’s degree preferred.
