Facility Engineer

Tasks

-Monitor energy consumption patterns and recommend sustainability initiatives to reduce operational costs -Prepare detailed reports on facility conditions, maintenance activities, and recommended improvements -Analyze building automation systems data to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective measures -Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal building performance -Coordinate with contractors and vendors to execute maintenance schedules, repairs, and system upgrades -Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset life -Respond to emergency situations and tenant service requests in a timely and professional manner
