Tasks

-Assist with preparing and organizing detailed records supporting SEC filings, including the Proxy Statement, Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, and other related securities filings -Assist with all aspects of pre-trial litigation needs, including drafting and responding to discovery, reviewing relevant documents, interviewing witnesses, and reviewing and revising motions and other court filings -Work cross-functionally with other departments in the organization to ensure that PSI personnel have the tools and training to be aware of, and in compliance with, the applicable laws and regulations within their fields of work -Redline drafts and provide recommendations with supporting authority on legal, liability, risk, insurance, and legal compliance issues -Proactively monitor PSI risk profile by building and maintaining an understanding of the Company's business, operations, and key personnel as well as existing, past, and potential legal issues to provide preliminary conflict resolution options for litigation avoidance -Review and analyze various legal documents including leases, customer agreements, vendor agreements, and confidentiality agreements -Research legal principles and precedents, consult with outside counsel, draft and execute legal documents, negotiate agreements, gather relevant, factual information and documentation using multiple sources and methods, and provide support to external counsel, other professionals, paraprofessionals, and support staff in developing solutions to legal challenges
