Electrical Estimator / Project Manager

Description

• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate project execution.
• Prepare and review construction estimates, bids, and proposals using HeavyBid software.
• Utilize Bluebeam for project documentation, collaboration, and communication among team members.
• Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant regulations.
• Conduct negotiations related to contracts and pricing with vendors and subcontractors.
• Oversee project scheduling, tracking progress against milestones, and adjusting plans as necessary.
• Provide leadership on construction sites, ensuring safety protocols are followed and quality standards are met.
• Implement cost control measures to monitor project expenses and optimize resource allocation.
• Manage all phases of electrical projects, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.

A qualified person for this position will have 8+ years of experience in underground pipelines, pump stations, and treatment plant construction. This position is office based with limited regional travel.We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical projects from inception to completion.
